I also have this problem. Everything was perfectly fine with windows live mail 2009, all my email accounts are linked together on this , now since last sunday I cant access them , only through the bowser. Which I find really irritating. I only remember one of my linked passwords , as its been YEARS since I needed to sign in to my linked accounts because I didn't need to as they are LINKED. Since this so called change over to outlook I get the same error as above. I find this outrageous that after nearly 20 years of using the same emails your change over has wipe them out.
