Can anyone help? I've been getting this message for the last few days and can't send any emails from any of my email accounts. It's Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail account.  Server Error: 3204 Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx' Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003. I've tried downloading and running the fix on the MS support website but it doesn't work.
