[Dell desktop; WLMail; Word 2003; Firefox]
Please help! Frequently I get the following, the latest of which started 7 or 8 days ago:
1. My messages don’t get sent out, they accumulate in the Outbox and if I’m lucky they get sent out in a week or two.
2. I get no send/receive mail...
3. A popup window demands to enter a password but doesn’t recognize my login! Nothing helps, it keeps coming constantly!
I got the below error message:
Unable to send or receive messages for the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.
