LIke many others there have been log-on problems and the inability to send emails this past week. Perhaps there is a problem with Window Essentials update? While I can finally send emails after my provider intervened they are no longer stored. Obviously the option to save in folder is ticked. What happened and more importantly how can I fix this in a simple manner. This seems to problematic with many people!
