Hi,

I have my Hotmail and G Mail Accounts configured on my Windows Live on my PC .

My Hotmail account does not have a SENT MAIL Folder but has a SENT ITEMS Folder. Till early May, all my Send messages were being shown in my SENT ITEMS Folder. But since then , none of my Send mail is appearing either in the  SENT ITEMS Folder or any other Folder.

I did what you advised as follows ...  and even removed my account and again configured it but no results .. still no trace of my send messages . Should I try to configure manually and opt for IMAP or Windows Live in the dropdown box ..

Your suggested steps were done ..

1. Press Windows + R, input AppWiz.cpl, then click OK.

2. Search for Windows Essentials 2012 on the list and then select it.

3. Click Uninstall/Change.
4. Click Repair all Windows Essentials programs.

Once you done, kindly
reconfigure your account.
