Have a single user who recently noticed that random sent emails appear as drafts when opened.

User has confirmed that recipients have received the emails.

they do appear in the sent folder as expected.

Upon opening the sent email in it's own window, it appears exactly as an unsent draft - all fiends are editable and the sent button is available..

Any ideas?
