I've got this problem on a windows machine using Windows Live Mail.

Sends emails from an Outlook account OK but on another account configurde to use smtp-mail.outlook.com  it fails with

STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:SendAsDeniedException.MapiExceptionSendAsDenied;

error

I've double checked the relevant settings and cannot see why this happens.
