I have recently asked for help as I am currently unable to send emails. 

You replied to a subscriber back in February who had the same problem. I have cleared all browsing history as recommended, but I still have the same problem. You also recommend using HTTPS, but under Options I do not have the links you mention. I do not have another computer to use and do not know what you mean when you ask if I have another browser.

Can you please do whatever is necessary to clear the problem and enable me to send emails.
