This morning I tried to send an email with an attachment and was unable - I got some kind of message saying we are currently setting this up.  Also when I send any message, it continues to act like it is in send mode and does not revert back to the original state.  I have to manually go back to my in box and can see that the message was sent

Hoping this is a temporary system issue and not something ion my end'
