I have and use a @live.se account normally without any problems, but more than 10 years ago I stopped using a HOTMAIL account and I have no idea what the password was. No Microsoft insists on sending security information for my live.se account to that old hotmail account. My recollection from this hotmail account is deemed insufficient for resetting the password. I have brought this issue to the attention of Microsoft a number of times, but the response is that I should reset the password for my Hotmail account, when I have just explained that I do not have sufficient information to do this. No this has blocked my access to Skydrive on my Windows Phone and will probably also block other functions later on. So I seems the only solution for me is to throw away my well-functioning Lumia 920 an buy IPhone or Android, BECAUSE MICROSOFT KEEP INSISTING I SHOULD ACCESS AN ACCOUNT I HAVE NOT USED FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND WHILE I HAVE A PERFECTLY WORKING LIVE.SE ACCOUNT.
