The microsoft security essentials "castle" showed orange and it said I needed to run a scan.  This I did and nothing was detected and it then said that I needed to re-start the computer to finish off.  This I have done several times but each time the "castle" begins as green with a box saying all if ok and then it goes orange again.  I shut down and re-started the computer many time but it is always the same.

Help please!!

The boxes below do not have the "product" I want but it insists that I choose one anyway!
