Hi, I am trying to access my Microsoft account, but when I put in the 4-digit code that was sent to me it doesn't work. It doesn't display any error messages or any message at all, it just takes me back to the same screen that requests where I want a code sent. I have sent myself multiple codes (to my phone and other email) and none have worked. It just erases the code and takes me back to the previous page. Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
