When I try to verify my new computer as trusted. The code is being sent to my primary account, which at the time I set up Hotmail was my alternate email address. No email is coming through. The only alternative I'm offered is that email address or "I no longer have these," I don't see where to enter either a mobile number to receive a text, or an alternative address.
I have access to my account and am receiving all other mail, haven't been hacked or locked out and am on a new computer using Windows 8.
