My secure private message thread has disappeared for the second time! This is getting ridiculous and I am beginning to think that the Microsoft operation is seriously flawed.

My particular problem (relating to loss of Outbox  Inbox messages) has been on the Community now for many weeks and is supposed to be being sorted out through the secure message system. I posted the problem of losing the thread on 2 September and the moderator replied the following day. On 4 September I responded to the detailed questions that had been raised. Now when I click on the link to take me to the private message section nothing happens.

What is going on?

Microsoft please, please help!
