It's been almost two weeks and i haven't heard from them; and/or neither the issue has been resolved. I need to change the birth year on an existing Hotmail account that was created on 2009. In trying to link the cell phone with the email, by error the birth
year was changed to 2013. Now to log-in into the existing account, I'm ask to get a parental consent. Instead of proceeding i contacted Microsoft on 9/11/13 and the representative gave me 3 options to fix the problem. On 9/12/13 morning, I faxed the info.
requested to WINDOW LIVE ID CHILD AGE VERIFICATION. On 9/13/13, i called 800-642-7676 and 800-936-5700 to no avail. No useful help was provided. The day i called one of those 2 ph number, the rep asked me if i was given a case number and the answer to that
was NO. So, they suggested to forward my concerns/issues to this website. I did that on 9/13 and still no response from Microsoft customer support. What i did received on 9/15 was a survey sent to the alternative email i provided asking for my feedback
about their customer service support. On that email, case #130913015813023 was mentioned. I need HELP!!!! I need to get into my email. When will this be fix? How long do I have to wait? I can't believe it's taking this long when everything requested has
been already provided!!!
