I am trying to run scans on my computer. I  have tried the full and the quick.. but it will go about half way and poof stops for no reason and does not give me an error or nothing just stops and it still says that my computer is unprotected. It is getting frustrating. I hav etried like 5 times.

I have a windows Vista 32 bit...

Oh below the product is not Photo gallery but  windows essentials...  UGH help
