I have received 2 e-mails from what is supposed to be LIVE. but how do i know it's not scam. I don't want to pass any personal details to the wrong place!

They say they have suspended my account because i've exceeded the amount of e-mails i can send and am sending spam. Please can you tell me if these are genuine e-mails or do i ignore?
