I am putting together a series of video clips and saving them as projects.

Once I edit all of the projects and then save them to movies, how much compression will there be if I

click "Save movie" and then click "Recommended setting"? As opposed to "Save movie" "For computer"?

I know that there will be some degradation when I put the movies on disk so I would like to keep

the compression to a minimum up to that point.
