I've tried to save this one same video SIX times now, and every time, a different, random cut flickers and stutters, like a portion of a song skipping on a record. The audio runs just fine, while the video flickers and skips over n' over until that cut portion of the video is over.  I'm working with large files and LOTS of cuts, but I've done so before and never, ever had this kind of problem.  And now that I've tried this for a sixth time, suddenly my screen is flashing green during playback. XP  PLEASE HELP.  I've put countless hours into filming and editing this, and these technicl issues have cost me massive uploading delays in my programming schedule, not to mention multiple nights of frustration and fruitless attempts to re-save and re-upload the same ruddy video.

Using a Windows 10 OS on a Dell All-in-One, with the Windows Live Essentials 12 version of WMM.
