I am a new Mac user and I figured out how to make a print workflow so that when I send a PDF to outlook it asks me for a file name so that when I email my clients the PDF filename is relevant - what I'm hoping someone can help me with is this: Is there
a way to create a workflow that: 1) asks me what to name the file 2) copies the resulting renamed PDF into my clipboard so that I can paste the file into an existing outlook message? (I often print files to pdf and save them to desktop and then attach them
to my reply) I would like to save the steps in between. All of my efforts so far have resulted in only the FILE NAME being saved into the clipboard rather than the PDF.
Appreciate you more experianced users help:)
