As far as I can tell all the rules I created are still functioning. I had some in WLM but after being forced to switch over to IMAP, I don't see them listed. I had long list in Outlook under mail.live.com but when we had to switch over these rules it created a very infuriating problem. I deleted every one of them in the Outlook.com options. But somehow they are still working. I've shut down and rebooted. Even the app on my smartphone isn't telling me when new mail has arrived unless it is an email that a rule was not created for. Can someone tell me how to stop rules I can't even see?
