I am running Vista sp2. I have an outlook.com account. When I use Windows Mail I cannot view my incoming emails to my outlook.com account although I can send messages using smtp settings. When I set up my account with pop3 settings it fails - when I set it up with imap settings I cannot connect to my outlook account and download my email folders.  The error message is 'the connection to the server has failed'.  From other help discussion I think the problem is defining the imap root folder path.  What is the root folder path?
