I recently rolled back to Windows 7 from Windows 10.  When I went into my Windows Live Mail 2011 I received a message saying "Recovering Windows Live Mail database".  This apparently did not happen as I had messages I could not delete, my personal folders I had saved were gone, etc.  My mail is totally hosed!  Is there anyone out there who can help me correct this?  I am not technically inclined and will need the steps in order to fix this.

I am long-term unemployed and do not have the funds to go to a repair technician.  Will someone please please help me with this as I really need some of the information I had in Windows Live mail.

I am running Windows Live Mail 2011 on an HP dm4-3050 Entertainment PC.  My mail gets downloaded to my Windows Live Mail via my ISP which is Cox Communications.
