Dear Sir / Madam

I sent two messages earlier in the day to inform you that yesterday ( Sunday ) evening an email I was writing to a friend disappeared from my screen after being frozen and it could not be recovered . I tried to open the same automatically saved message from my Drafts folder where it appears but after clicking the message it does not open and at the top this message appears " Sorry, Outlook wasn't able to complete this request ". I urgently need the contents of the message I wrote from the drafts folder . Can you help to open the message . I am new to this website and I do not know  exactly where you will reply to me ???  or where I need to look for your reply answer on this website . Perhaps you can email me the answer to my hotmail address which is : *** Email address is removed for privacy ***    or alternatively can you email me your telephone number so that I can telephone you to discuss this problem with you ????  Any help to open the email from my drafts folder would be greatly appreciated . I read others using hotmail via Outlook.com  have had similar problems ....... but I do not know if they have had any success in opening their Drafts messages ......?????
