I cannot get into one of my older account, because of these silly security things that've been introduced. I had the option so recieve a code with my mobile with this account, but not the one I'm now trying to get into, I've been told that there's not enough information when filling out the questionaire. I need to get into this account as it has xbox details, facebook all that kind of stuff. It won't give me the option to change what account to send a code to either. If one account gave me the option to receive a code through phone, why won't this one?
