W10 caused several problems with my computer.  I reverted to W7, now all my emails are duplicated, and I am unable to bulk delete - error message "Unknown error has occurred".  Thanks Microsoft, I now have 15k emails in my deleted folder, which I am unable to delete.

I also had an old printer working, which I am now unable to reinstall on W7 (it worked fine before).  I have spent many hours seeking to resolve these issues without success.  Will Microsoft compensate me? 

Why did the "upgrade" to W10 remove all restore points, so I can not even restore my computer to the earlier settings?  This is unconscionable conduct, when will Microsoft address these issues?
