I'm having problem retrieving my password with the automated system.The email address where you send the recovery address is correct,but i don't receive any link.Plus,there was a secret question before i case of password loss...I can't see that option
anymore,only the email recovery link.
Please let me know what i can do as i have looked on the FAQ and i cannot make it work.Thanks

Ps.I cannot use the form because my account is from 1997 ,things were different back then and i don't remember everything
