My mother has created multiple hotmail accounts the past 2 years (I am estimating around 5 or so). She kept forgetting her password so she created a new account each time she needed to use her email.

The problem is:

1) She cannot remember the exact user ids and passowords she used to create the email accounts
2) She did not set security questions to enable her to retrieve passwords

What are her options to retrieve her email addresses and be able to access them?

She has some idea of the user ids and passwords used, so we have attempted to retrieve them but were unsuccessful because they were not the correct details when she created them.

Is it even possible to retrieve these email addresses or is her only option is to create a brand new one (and ensure she doesn't forget her user id and password!) and just assume the other email addresses can never be accessed?
