Hi, my name is Cathleen. I have an Outlook account with Microsoft. I have had it since late 2004, and been very, very happy with it. It used to be a Hotmail account. My inbox has every e-mail that I have sent since October 22nd of 2007. I sent an e-mail between August 23rd and September 30th of 2007 that I now wish that I had saved to my Drafts. Is there some way to go back further than October 22nd of 2007 and retrieve it? Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
