I have been trying to retrieve a email address that was lost when I removed an alias on my work PC (as I got a work email address).

After over a month and 4 separate reference numbers I have nothing and they have stopped replying to my emails.

The main issue seems to be that they post a solution and give me a link to view it, but every time, no matter what email I use to log the issue/ which email it is referring to... It comes up with "EMAIL is not allowed to view this incident". 

They have  asked me to scan my driving license to prove who I am, but the information on my driving license is WAAAAY more recent than the info I used to sign up for the email 10 years ago!

Anyone got any ideas?
