Resurrect old emails (2011 Mac)

Last Sunday I lost all my emails, email folders, everything! I contacted SKY to see if they could recover any emails and I was informed that it was a Microsoft issue. SKY have managed to recover a months worth, via Yahoo, however, they were unable to recover all. I am still missing 2011 to Nov 2013.

Is there any way of recovering my lost emails? Help urgently needed.
