Telstra operator in platinum plus was assisting me on my desktop via logmein arrangements after I reported windows live mail stopped working. He wiped out the sent mail folder completely including several  emails i wanted to keep. Now telstra is apologetic but says it cannot be restored. There must be some way to restore the folder m. Can anyone help?
