After having many days of problems receiving and sending emails, I was advised to delete the account and then set up account again, or perhaps try OUTLOOOK.  I did both !

Email account deleted in Live Mail 2011, purchased OUTLOOK. re set up email account which is no on both Outlook and Windows Livemail 2012 ! However all previous emails have disappeared. I have followed steps to restore previous version- but no joy.

Will all my earlier emails have completely disappeared or can I find them somewhere? Can anybody help please ?
