To resize it says to select EDIT and then PROPERTIES and then RESIZE

I see the EDIT icon but don't see anything for PROPERTIES

The instructions I have found for this program continue to be deficient because the are unclear or incomplete.   You'd think a company of this size could do a better job communicating - all this confusion could be avoided if they had clear instructions.

Anybody tell me where / how to get to PROPERTIES?
