5#####@mylife.unisa.ac.za this is a live acount . I have submitted two request to have the password reset
Request : 106246981 and 106244926 .
On both occasions I got the following emails as a response.
Thank you for your request. Your Microsoft account 5#######@mylife.unisa.ac.za was created using an email address from a provider other than Microsoft. To reset your password for this account, follow these steps:
- Click Here for the Microsoft account password reset page.
- Select an option and click "Reset your password".
- Enter your Microsoft Account, then enter the security characters, lastly click "Next".
- On the following page, select "Email me a reset link" and then click "Next".
- A reset link is now sent to your email address.
Should you require further assistance, please visit the Microsoft account Support Pages.
Following the instructions above, get me to a point where I am told an email will be sent to 5#######@mylife.unisa.ac.za with instruction to reset that email address. So that
won't work because I can't access 5#######@mylife.unisa.ac.za.
Can someone please help me with an alternative method to rest this email.
