I started with a mid sized company that used several contractors to maintain their systems before they grew a bit.  I purchased 2 server licenses and had them added the VLM account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.  No such email address existed in their system prior to me creating it.  Well, it turns out, even though such an address never existed, a vendor created and used that as a PRIOR login for an Open License account in the past.  Per my microsoft partner, I called Microsoft's VLM group, or had me online chat with microsoft's security group who told me I had to speak to the VLM group.  Along the way I have attempted to reset it online a dozen times but can never seem to provide it with enough correct information (I don't have any idea what the reset email address is and nothing similar exists on our exchange server) so I just get a rejection email saying try and fill out the form again.

I have access to the email address the id is based off of. My own account, which is now at least attached to that account as an admin, is on the same domain, but I can't seem to find anyone in microsoft who can help me regain access to this account.  I have wasted HOURS attempting this, but there doesn't seem to be a way to prove to microsoft I have the right unless I have the information from an expired credit card or an email address that doesn't exist.  Can ANYONE point me in the direction of a real person who won't point me to contact someone else?  This should be fairly simple, but than again.....
