I changed my name and age on a Hotmail account, trying to stop phone scams targeting seniors. I am locked out now as I appear to be a child.  I faxed the required proof of age to  WLICAV on Monday and have not heard from them yet.  This is Friday.  How long does it take?  Will they reset it or e-mail me at the alternative email address that I provided?
