I'm trying to reset my password for my other email account which is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. When I tick the box to receive a reset link to an alternate email, I do not receive an email. So I tried filling out the questionnaire to verify my identity and it determines that I have not given enough information, which is very silly because I filled out as much as I could and I dont have an xbox so I could not fill that question out.

I need urgent access to my email and Microsoft have not been helping me at all. All I want is a reset link to my email account. Thats all, thank you very much.
