Please can someone advise?

My account has recently been compromised on more than one occasion by a specific email address - I know who this person is. They have also recently tried to take over my facebook account on many occasions, at the same time as my email (Hotmail address). One specific occasion was around 1am on the day I was in hospital undergoing surgery.

I have been carefully watching my account and maximising all the security features available, however, this person does not seem to be stopping. The person also admitted to me that they have hacked another person's email and facebook accounts in the past and had previously threatened to hack my accounts via purchasing some kind of software to enable him to do this- I don't know if it is possible to get software to do this, or how he is doing it but I am very concerned. I have reported this person to facebook (they have 4 facebook accounts under different names which he seems to change these names regulary) and I have blocked the accounts of his that I know about on facebook and reported the harassment to Hotmail enclosing details of his email and ip address. Now I feel I need to report this person and take this further as he also comes to my home late at night to spy on me. I have been advised to post on here for further advice and help. I want to request for information from Hotmail of all the locations, ip address and as much information as possible about the log in information on my account and any information about dates, times and ip addresses when anyone has attempted to reset any of my security information etc.
