I have your reply, asking for more information. I am not sure what you need to know. I am using Windows Live Mail 2011, with Windows 10. I have found that my emails are not leaving my outbox. However, I can send emails from my webmail. I am using Talktalk.net. This is a problem which has occurred in the past and is very infuriating. I have entered the correct password and the box 'remember me' is ticked, so it shouldn't be necessary.

Please help me urgently!
