My name is Bernard Ennis. email:*** Email address is removed for privacy ***- phone-416-588-3721. In the Toronto Star news paper on July 18/16, there was an article about Microsoft aggressively urging users to upgrade to Windows 10 which I did. I was told that I would not lose anything
and all my files etc. would be protected. This was not the case. My Microsoft Flight Simulator will not work on windows 10 and after many hours wasted trying to get it to work, I was informed by Microsoft that you no longer supported nor supplied the flight
simulator century of flight and that there was nothing I could do about it. I cannot accept this. The flight simulator 2004 is an excellent program and I don't understand how I could be told that when upgrading, all of my files etc. would be protected when
this was not the case. Before I contact the Toronto Star and join in their list of unsatisfied users, I would like to know what Microsoft intends to do to solve my problem. Bernard Ennis
