I continue to get a message "activation server is temporarily unavailable"  I have seen on this forum that there are Internet Explorer settings that can prevent proper activation.  Is there a similar problem for the Mac?

It is EXTREMELY frustrating that I cannot even use the 30-day trial until this problem is sorted.  If I close the window, it takes me back to the activation screen to start over.  I select 30-day trial and the same failure to activate occurs.  So my purchased program is basically useless.  This version even lacks the "activate by phone link".
