You may already have an answer for this repairing this problem. I read a reply issued by "Shane" (Microsoft Engineer) recently. He mentions that the first step should be to "click the start ORB". What exactly is an "ORB", and where is it located? This must be a technical term. I am not familiar with it. If I "delete " a picture, and replace it with another it seemingly disappears into outer space. Initially I was able to edit the pic, but that is no longer an option.
I may have a bad connection with the program , and need to delete/re-download it again. I do not have a technical background, nor familiarity with tech. words. Hopefully, I won't get loss. Please advise. Thanks.
