Windows Live Mail 2012, v.16.4.3528.0331 on W7 SP1 x64 with IE 11.0.9600.17207 update 11.0.10 (KB2962872), MSE 4.5.216.0.

I tried running wlarp.exe (16.4.3528.331) to repair my installation following a fault with contacts. The repair failed because files it wanted to download were not available at the URL given. I checked manually using IE11 and confirmed that the files aren't available for download.

Here are two lines from the log:

PkgDownload    :00001108 (07/17/2014 15:32:28.830) Downloading package 'WLMimeFilter-amd64' from url 'http://wl.dlservice.microsoft.com/download/4/F/9/4F9E9787-D45B-435B-ADFA-94548B4C7CEF/neutral/WLMimeFilter-amd64.cab'
...
!WARNING!      :000012A4 (07/17/2014 15:32:29) SOURCE=WebClient, CODE=0x80190194 WebClient(038EDF50): Download error 'WLMimeFilter-amd64-neutral' BITS error: HTTP status 404: The requested URL does not exist on the server.

Is this because the files have been moved to different locations, but wlarp.exe hasn't been updated to reflect this?
