I too am having the same issue and just came across this forum. I originally signed up with an "@live.com" account, then RENAMED my account with "@outlook.com", but noticed my Storage dropped from 25GB to 7GB. From what I've read, it's supposed to transfer over, but it didn't for me. And I keep finding links to Billing and Accounts, but can't find any way to contact the people MS to investigate the issue. Would someone please be able to point me directly to where I need to go?
