I am trying to reinstate an ad-free Outlook.com account that lapsed due to an out-dated credit card.
NOTHING I've done to reinstate has worked, there is NO customer support in Billing, that WORKS.
How does someone pay Microsoft money to reinstate a subscription? Please.
