My dad isn't very email savvy so usually me or my brother help him log in and check his emails. However, when my brother tried to access it the other night, it didn't let him in. This is strange, we've never had any problems before, it's almost as if the password changed on its own but it's VERY IMPORTANT that my dad gets back into his email for legal matters!!!! :C
I had it linked to one of my other email account (this isn't my only account) however when I logged in it hadn't received anything to fix up my dad's account. So How can this be fixed?
