On Sep 2nd I received a renewal email notice for Hotmail Plus. I have cancelled it today, but, it says refund amount $0.00.

I'd like a full refund.

The renewal email states that I receive 10GB of WL storage, the ability to send larger attachments, no account expiration, and no graphics ads. However, this email must not have been updated, because on the website, it says all you get is no account expiration and no graphical ads.

So, it advertised to me that I get 4 things for this price, but the price only gets you 2 of them.

I went through the contact support on the subscription management page and it sent me here.
