Hello Everyone,

I have a Dell Laptop almost one year old. It has been giving me a lot of problems. Like skipping from one page to another. There are so many things wrong it was doing I refreshed it checking the option to save my files. I lost all my Gmail and Photos my hotmail my yahoo mail. Can someone please tell me if there is a way they can be restored. I would appreciate any help I can get. I lost all my grand children and great grand children's photos. I hope someone can help me.
