I want to refresh my PC without affecting my files and this is what I would like to know before starting.

It concerns my Windows Live Mail 2012; If I export my Storage folder and save it on an external drive after I refresh my computer and re-install Windows Live Mail 2012 will I be able to restore that storage folder and if so do I do this by importing from that external drive?
